A Support Group Focused on Promoting HIV Awareness

Everyone deserves to be healthy!

At FAP, Health Education and Outreach services are a key component in achieving our Mission and Vision. These services provide learning experiences on health topics tailored for their target population.

We do this using multi-level, evidence-based prevention strategies to help prevent disease and promote health and well-being.

Our strategies include:

Addressing Health Disparities and Social Determinants of Health
HIV/AIDS Education
HIV testing
PrEP assistance
Safer sex education and kits

In addition, community outreach serves as an important prevention tool and helps to reduce the stigma surrounding HIV and STIs. Whether testing off-site, attending health fairs, or providing education to classrooms, our staff are equipped to provide up-to-date information regarding HIV prevention strategies.
