Case management can be critical in the effort to live well with HIV. At FAP our friendly, diverse, professional staff will work with you to determine what your needs are and find the best way to help you.
Our housing services are designed to reduce or prevent homelessness for Persons Living with HIV (PLWH) and to increase the availability of decent, safe, and affordable housing for low-income PLWH.
With our holistic approach to healthcare, we seek to treat the mind and body as one, covering the full range of your mental and emotional well-being in a comprehensive, caring and sensitive manner.

Not only did FAP have support resources, but they had the resources to really help me...counseling, help with my bills. They’ve been my backbone in dealing with this disease.
Without FAP, honestly, I think I’d be lost. I wouldn’t have a clue of who I am or how I can be of service to anyone. FAP saved my life.
